When to take:
Best taken at the first signs of Cold & Flu symptoms.
Common times of increased exposure to germs including Daycare, School, Winter Cold & Flu season or when other members of the family are sick.

DIRECTIONS
Best taken at first sign of cold or flu symptoms or as recommended by your health professional.
2-4 yrs: 7.5 mL once daily
5-9 yrs: 10 mL once daily
10-12 yrs: 15 mL once daily
Shake well before use.
