FAILED DELIVERY
Please ensure that your details entered (name, shipping address & phone number) are complete and accurate. We will not be liable for delivery to the wrong address. In the event that the parcel is returned to us due to incomplete/incorrect address or refusal of package by the recipient, the shipping fee paid will not be refunded.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once an order has been placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This email indicates that your order has successfully been placed and is pending to be processed.
If you notice any errors on your order confirmation, do contact us via email at hello@baebear.sg, or phone: +65 82839367 as soon as possible (within our operating hours of Mon - Sun/9.00AM-6.00pm) to modify or cancel your order. Note that there is no guarantee we can modify/cancel your order in time, though we will strive to resolve the issue as soon as we can.
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
All orders are processed and shipped in an estimated 2 to 5 working days. Order processing is carried out from Mondays to Sundays, 9am to 6pm, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next working day.
We do not offer self-collection of orders. All orders are shipped out using standard courier services.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information, and a link to track your order online as soon as it has been shipped.

CHANGING/ CANCELLING ORDER
